Unbirthday Fund

Letters from Wonderland is doing better than I ever thought possible, and that means I get to do something exciting. Something I've always wanted to do.

From now on, a small proportion of the profit made from Letters from Wonderland subscriptions will be put aside into an Unbirthday Fund. This is a fund for you to help me spread a little joy.

Here's how you can help:

If you know of someone who would benefit from being shown that they matter, you can nominate them by emailing me at hello@lettersfromwonderland.org or using the form on the contact page.

Together, maybe we could send a couple of people each month some flowers, or a book you'd think they'd love, or a new lipstick or some nice tea? Maybe we could help them meet an unexpected bill, or pay for a meal out? If they're working towards a goal, maybe we could buy them some supplies to encourage them, or donate to their crowd-funding page?

You supply the person and some ideas, I'll supply some cash and organisation to help make it happen.

Now, I don't have much (I'm on a low income too), so it will have to be
little things,
here and there.
I also won't be able to say yes to everyone, but I still reckon we can bring some small cheer to people's days. What do you reckon?

And if you want to, I'm very happy for you to nominate yourself for an unbirthday present too. There's no shame in needing a pick me up sometimes, so feel free to email and tell what would make you feel better.

Thank you, to all of you, for helping make this club such a fun and affirming thing to run. You all mean the world to me.

love Josie
